Buyers must owner-occupy, fit the income restrictions (household income limit of $89,500), and satisfy program guidelines for the land trust through 1 Roof Community Housing. To apply:
- Complete the Land Trust program application: One Roof Community Housing - Community Land Trust Application (tfaforms.com)
- Complete the “Homestretch” curriculum, an 8-hour homebuyer education class offered by One Roof or through Kootasca Community Action (Homebuyer Education & Counseling – KOOTASCA).
- Attend a Community Land Trust program orientation session.
- Obtain a mortgage pre-approval from a participating lenderand submit your income documentation verification to Itasca County Housing and Redevelopment Authority
