NEW PROGRAM!Itasca County HRA has partnered with the City of Grand Rapids and is excited to announce that State grant funds to do rehabilitation work have been received for a specific targeted area. Individuals owning property in the targeted area (North West area of Grand Rapids) should have received information by mail regarding the process and application to apply for those funds.
